The new location is definitely a major down grade. It was VERY DIRTY and disorganized and seems like their store appearance and employee standards have fallen off. It’s unfortunate since it’s in a prime retail location. On the bright side, they did seem to have more selections than before. I’ll probably pass on this location in the future. This was a mid-day visit on a Tuesday and it was very slow. Maybe consider hiring a professional cleaning crew 🙂

I was on the hunt for my wedding shoes! Didn’t end up buying any because my wedding is in December and there are definitely not shoes in style right now for the winter. I did get to try on a lot of options! Their clearance section is great with a lot of choice for any shoe size. Staff was nice when they greeted me.

This was our first visit to this store. We stopped in to get my husband a pair of shoes while we were staying nearby for work. They had a good selecting and the employees were friendly and helpful.
